View all 6 comments. Honestly I could perfectly understand Icnursion feelings about his lost legs and therefore his lo I have to say the cover catched my attention first – this is a very good design, and, at the end I understand it’s meaning also – so a great work, I enjoy good covers.
His genres range from horror, science fiction, cyberpunk, and fantasy to contemporary, thriller, and historical erotic gay novels. It would be nice to see Kyle recovering and adapting to his new abilities, visiting the world where Kshar is from, seeing their relationship grow, perhaps encounter more enemies on the way to make it more fun. Voinog the big revelation, I had to immediately go back and re-read.
I know better than to question her recs, and the next thing I know I’ve finished this awesome Voinov, that’s been on my ereader since fucking due to that confusing –I can’t be fucked– sci-fi blurb.

His writing- Grammy, I like your comparison with potato chips! Incursion by Aleksandr Voinov. The hope and possibility of the ending, and most importantly the theme of becoming your true self, was very touching. It started a bit slow, way too much world-building for a short work, but ultimately proved satisfying. The potential, the utter, unbelievable freedom to be whoever existed underneath his skin.
