If you are intrigued about meditation, it’s a fast, easy, helpful read.
So here comes the Headspace app that is recommended to me from a few different sources, but specifically from a pre-natal yoga classmate who said she suffered from anxiety, and was seeing a therapist, and felt the app was more helpful than the therapist!
I got this from the library as I wanted to read about the author who heads up Headspace, and to see where he was coming from.

One problem was that in listening to the vast amounts of meditation practice that Andy Puddicombe has undergone he has stayed in many monasteries for a year or so where 18 days practice is commonI could not help but wonder how I was supposed to get to the same place as him in 10 minutes a day. As a headspace user going on a year runstreak, I wasn’t sure if this book would be helpful to me or if it would best serve someone who hasn’t used the app yet and who is new to mindfulness and meditation.
I recommend this book for both novice and experienced meditators.
What I have learned and began putting into practice from the app and book have truly changed my life!!! He went into more specifics on such things as mindfulness and meditation with eating, going to sleep, walking, and running. I really like Headspace, the digital mindfulness puddicombbe, and I enjoyed this book.
