This book is everything it should be. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. It wasn’t the best written book but I have to admit that I really enjoyed it especially since it was two weeks before the Crossfit Games. Rich Froning — First: Good read Good background info on Froning and what motivates him.

This would be a good book for someone that is considering crossfit training and want’s to be inspired to participate in that specific realm.
Unfortunately it was poorly written, and not very entertaining at all.

My favorite line is when he says it’s easier to please God than to please people! What this book reveals however is how that rope challenge served as a kind of personal Rubicon for the author and how that weakness led to many changes in his life.
