Book Review – Eversea by Natasha Boyd

Which books are these??? They are so often full of such trust issues that I have a hard time seeing the actual love story. When Jack Eversea, a world famous movie star, suddenly walks into her life, Keri Ann is starstruck and very much affected by his presence, but her outspoken and defiant personality prevent her from turning into just another fangirl around him. The setting was amazing. I hesitated a split second before sucking him into my mouth to taste the tang of his skin.

Hmm actually what the hell yes this will be a very gushworthy review!! Keri-Ann is a great character, she always puts other people first and she is kind and caring. She was also a virginal heroine. Her parents tragically killed in a road accident, all that remained was her Nana and her Brother Joey, as they spend the rest of their young lives growing up in their large family manor home in the small town of Butler Cove.

I also haven’t been so Didn’t like the characters childish and narcissisticsdidn’t like the story people falling in love without really knowing each other is just not real my thingdidn’t like the book, period.

La storia non era nulla di nuovo: There is some “What could he possibly see in me? Everything the characters felt I felt, especially Keri Ann’s heart ache and all the new feelings she was having it made me think back to my first heart break and I hurt for her well and Jack they were both strong but had their skeletons in their closets.

But fate has other plans. However, I am pleased to say that once I did settle into Eversea I was there the rest of the way, invested in the story that was Jack and Keri Ann and really enjoyed spending time with them.

And I should slap you for giving up your virginity in less organ a ninth and then crying when he goes back to Hollywood.

Jazz was staring at me with her mouth open. Keri Ann was a great heroine, too – because while she was being fangirly about Jack Eversea yes, I can’t just say Jack she saw how annoyingly I loved this book. Thank you so much to the author for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. His on and off screen girlfriend cheats on him and it’s everywhere.

Eversea (Eversea 1) – NATASHA BOYD

Read as part of my RT reading challenge, my quest to read new authors before the convention https: Hollywood heartthrob Jack Eversea, takes off and goes into hiding to escape the scandal and invasion of jatasha privacy his girlfriends tryst has caused. I bent down for a moment and stuck my head between my knees, hoping my blood would circulate normally again. They start off trading favors, then becoming friends.

I am not an easy reader to captivate, I need a book to be the full package and all my triggers to be overwhelmed for it to enthral me so completely. The setting, the scene and the emotions were all written really well.

Jesus, I don’t know. When his co-star and real-life girlfriend is caught cheating on him with her new director, A-list hottie, Jack Eversea, finds himself in sleepy Butler Cove, South Carolina.

Well due to the detailed descriptions and mannerisms of Jack, it was obvious he was based on RPatz. He stood up quickly, taking my weight, his hands on my bare thighs and pressed me firmly back against the wall.

Well, I’m surprised that the rating for this book is more than 4 stars. But sometimes, the girly-girl in me loves this Cinderella-ish kind of storyline and that’s why I requested an ARC, even though I was prepared for some cheesiness and eye-rolling. I really hate her character. Jun 10, Nana rated it did not like it.

Eversea (Butler Cove, #1) by Natasha Boyd (1 star ratings)

It was well written, and wasn’t overly graphic, and I thought it suited the story. I felt this intense pull. Similar to Love Unscripted Keri Ann was a wonderful character, the setting Butler Cover Island and her responsibility to restore and take care of her inherited family home was unique.
