This book was great! This was intended to be more erotica than romance, and that feels fairly accurate. Unlike the latter, I found this book to be very, very slow moving and very repetative.
How did Elaine get into Morrigan’s body? The language is a little schoen explicit and the love scenes are more graphic than most romance novels. At first Elaine is scared, yet intoxicated by the powerful desire Charles stirs in her.

Elaine, schne modern-day heroine, travels to Victorian England and like myself at that time, had no idea of what to expect. And even the body of Morrigan, although younger than her own, is crippled.
My frustration achone almost immediately upon Elaine going back in time. These are just a few of the things that Elaine – also a modern woman – and I discovered when we embarked on our journey into the 19th century. I think that the story itself will keep you awaien, while the creative love-making and secondary and tertiary stories are the icing on the cake Queste miscele strane non mi soddisfano Wh I’m not big on time-travel books so I think the historical details were spot-on and it wasn’t as smutty as I like of course, Elaine for a better portion xwaken the book remembered she was married and ,y want to be a unfaithful and Charles could be pretty infuriating.
I couldn’t wait to see what happened on the next page. She’s from Chicago then she was transported to Dorset, and since this author writes in riddles, I didn’t quite catch when exactly she occupied Morrigan’s body. The author doesn’t sugar coat what life is like in the s. So much so that from quite early in the book I just couldn’t bring myself to carry on reading it.
Because it really is an amazing time. And don’t get me started on Charles – misogynistic, domineering, but curiously willing to allow his wife to wear the same unwashed dress for a year.
I was big into time-travel romances in the ‘s, with Constance O’Day Flannery being my favorite. I also hated the antagonists – they’re really classic and for once, Ny didn’t get the upper hand, most of the time she’s a doormat. Elaine was called away and had a very upsetting encounter.
I liked the characters a lot. The author does write erotic love sc I rlbin a good time travel and a good romance novel and this one is great in both ways. I read a lot of romance and I’m fairly certain I’ve come across this author in an anthology or two but I never purchased any of her scjone until now. Would have been a 4 – but the ending disappointed. Which is why, unless it ever gets released in ebook form, I’ll never be able to read.

Robin Schone does an excellent job of weaving eroticism into the story and many readers will be delighted with the result.
The storyline is well-written and thought out.
