It’s a lot less fun when you realize you have to spell out acronyms that aren’t included in this list. I was simply stating that acronyms were put into place for a reason, just as i’m adme that some of them are slowly being done away with as we do away with hand made drafts and shift more into technology based drafts.
Not a problem now – it just makes things more difficult to read. Lead-in comments are encouraged to provide context to the readers.

Sure, and many of those reasons are, these days like many drafting standards based on the assumption that the drawings or whatever are hand made. If you would like to do the same, add the browser extension GreaseMonkey to Firefox and add this open source script. To be honest, this is why I just type things out in t14.38m. What’s the point of an abbreviation if you need a code book to figure out what it means?
